Today, approximately 30% of the custom homes within the Private Residences have been completed and range from 3,500 – 6,000 sf. Shared Ownership Residences
Old Greenwood offers a limited inventory of resale fractional residences in the lovely Cabins (2,550 sf) and Townhomes (1500 – 2,000). Fractional Residence ownership offers membership to the Tahoe Mountain Club and all its’ amenities. Shares are 1/17th and ownership provides resort access only when in residence during the owner’s Primary Week, Flex Week, Mid-week or Spontaneous stays. Homeowner dues – ranging from ~$1,100 – $1,600 per quarter cover all maintenance, taxes, cleaning and other home ownership related expenses. Typical owner use is between 15 and 30 days per year.
