Patience is a Virtue!
Patience is indeed a virtue these days and clearly, our vacation homeowners and guests have been anxiously awaiting a return to Truckee-Tahoe. Nevada County is making great strides to receive approval for Phase 2 of C-19 and may be the first in the State to be approved. Nevada County Board of Supervisors Chair Heidi Hall announced “Nevada County has been working quickly in order to submit their Attestation For Readiness as soon as possible, and we believe we will be one of the first, if not the first county, to achieve this milestone with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). There is a CDPH Review Meeting scheduled for 10:00 am Monday morning, May 11 – the first step in the process. This will help us move quickly through the second part of Phase 2. We want to be back in business as soon as possible with a sustainable plan.”
In the interim, Elder Group is fully engaged. We are building our late spring and early summer listing inventory for a mid-May to July release and are actively showing property within CDC and CAR guidelines; our team is at your service.
We hope you enjoy Issue 6 of HBH. Download “Zooming to Truckee” , learn more about how Elder Group is actively and safely showing property and take a look at our latest new listing, releasing on May 11th. And, while patience is a virtue, know our local Truckee-Tahoe community is looking forward to your return soon!
Wishing you a wonderful Mother’s Day with your family whether it’s “in person”, Facetime or Zoom! Enjoy and stay healthy!
