Our mild winter supported a BIG surge in property sales in Q1, 2024. Alison closed $30,000,000 in transactions from January thru March – a career record for our Elder Group team during the winter season. We successfully represented 14 Seller Clients and 6 Buyer Clients!

Following a BIG January of $18,000,000+ in closings, as previously reported, February and March brought solid activity with a majority of cash transactions at all price points. As you may know, Elder Group Tahoe carries some of the widest and largest range of listing inventory in Truckee-Tahoe. Our luxury property listings were in demand and JUMPED off the shelves!

It’s common for Alison to match the perfect listing with a Buyer Client before the property comes to market. Our lovely Schaffer’s Mill townhome listing sold privately to a relocating family. We connected Buyer and Seller together on a not yet listed, updated Tahoe Donner cabin. A Gray’s Crossing home site, ready for Spring inventory release, was purchased by  repeat clients. And, a wonderful Lahontan family secured a private home site for view protection.

Beautifully designed, a Mark Tanner Construction masterpiece, nestled on Tahoe Donner’s golf course, received multiple offers and sold $100,000 over the list price in just 3 days – setting a new “comp”! Located in Gray’s Crossing, we proudly conveyed a new construction retreat, fully staged by Elder Group, moved into contract in just 28 days!
