CELEBRATE THE 4TH OF JULY IN TAHOE-TRUCKEE!

In July 2026, the United States will celebrate its 250th anniversary, and communities throughout Truckee and North Lake Tahoe will mark the occasion with hometown parades, festive events, and fireworks over the stunning waters of Lake Tahoe. Surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada, it's a uniquely American celebration in one of California's most iconic mountain destinations.

Our Elder family has always loved watching Truckee’s classic Fourth of July Parade from the porch of our real estate office in downtown Truckee. It’s a tradition that perfectly captures the spirit of small-town mountain living.
